Fun in the Sun

It was a beautiful day and the kiddos couldn't wait to get out and play. I promised Kyler after naps we could head to the park. Well, time came and he was adamant about wearing his Spiderman costume. There was no talking him down from that ledge. He got lots of smiles and hello's as we were out and about. He even commented on how everyone knows his name, Spiderman:)

Taylor also enjoyed her first ride in a swing. But as you can see the fun was over once I got the camera. She was doing great and then suddenly decided she wanted to see how the swing tasted.

Dyeing Easter Eggs?

Kyler has taken a fun Easter tradition and turned it into something we'll remember for weeks to come I would imagine. Not only has he dyed the perishable eggs I boiled for the occasion, but he has also turned his hands similar shades of the rainbow.

Early to bed...

Just an update on or little early bird, Kyler. He ended up sleeping until 6am if you were wondering. That is a 12 hour stretch! He's never done that before.

Best Buddies

Its been a fun and busy week for the K-man. Michael has been in town staying at Grandma and Grandpa Kuip's house. Kyler has been over there visiting, but Michael got to crash at our place last night.


The boys enjoyed the Charlie Brown Easter special with some cheesy popcorn.


After an average nights rest, they played the morning away.


Kyler was so pooped tonight that he curled up on the couch and feel asleep right after dinner. He didn't even wake when I lubed up his cheeks with his special lotion (the poor guy's little cheeks get so chapped this time of year). We'll see how long he makes it through the night...
